How the Storage Fee Estimator works
Storage is charged per cubic foot per month at rates that triple in October–December. Small products barely notice it; bulky or slow stock pays a lot.
Formula
- Cubic feet = L × W × H ÷ 1728
- Monthly fee = Cubic feet × rate (off-peak or Q4)
- Total = Monthly fee × Units × Months
Example
About $40 a month for 500 units of a 10×6×3 in product off-peak.
