FBAZone — Amazon seller tools

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026 · Effective: 30 October 2026

This policy explains, in plain language, what information FBAZone collects when you use fbazone.com, why we collect it, who helps us process it, how long we keep it and how you can have it deleted.

1. Who we are

FBAZone (fbazone.com) is operated by Eye4Tech Technologies LLC ("FBAZone", "we", "us"). We decide how the information described here is used. You can reach us about anything in this policy at support@fbazone.com or through our contact form.

2. We never connect to your Amazon account

FBAZone does not connect to Amazon Seller Central, does not use Amazon's Selling Partner API and never asks you to authorise access to your Amazon account. We never ask for your Amazon login. Everything FBAZone works with is what you type in, paste or upload yourself.

3. What we collect

Account details. Your name, email address and a password. We store only a one-way hash of the password (bcrypt), never the password itself. We also record when the account was created, when you last signed in, whether you confirmed your email address, the plan you chose and your workspace settings (for example your default marketplace and target margin).

If you sign in with Google. When Google sign-in is offered and you choose it, Google tells us your name, email address and profile picture link. We do not receive your Google password.

What you put into the tools. The numbers you enter into calculators and the results, products you save, collections, comparisons, listing text you analyse or ask us to write, keyword lists, and reports you create.

Files you upload. CSV and Excel files such as supplier price lists, wholesale catalogs, PPC search-term reports, inventory reports and bulk calculator files. We store the file and the rows we read from it so you can see and export the results.

Calculator inputs before you have an account. If you fill in a calculator and press Calculate before signing up, we keep those inputs for up to 7 days so the result can be shown once your account is ready.

Zoniq and other AI features. The questions you ask Zoniq, its answers, and the text you send to AI-assisted tools.

Messages to us. What you send through the contact form or a support ticket: your name, email address, subject and message, and our replies.

Billing records. If you subscribe or buy Zoniq questions, we keep the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the plan, its status and renewal date, and what you bought. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own page; FBAZone never sees or stores your card number.

Usage records. Which tools you used and how often, so we can apply your plan's daily and monthly limits and show you your usage.

Technical and security information. Your IP address is used to limit repeated attempts (sign-up, sign-in codes, password resets, the contact form) and is stored with sign-up codes, email links, calculator inputs saved before sign-up, and our security log of important account actions. Our web server also keeps standard access logs. Our captcha is built into FBAZone itself and does not send anything to a third-party captcha service.

Emails we send you. We keep a copy of each email we send (for example a support reply) and whether it was delivered. Sign-up codes and password-reset links are removed from the stored copy.

4. Why we use it

  • To run your account and give you the results of the tools you use.
  • To confirm your email address, send sign-up codes and password resets, and answer your messages.
  • To take payment for a paid plan through Stripe and switch the plan on or off.
  • To apply the limits of your plan.
  • To keep the service secure: stopping automated sign-ups, password-reset abuse and spam.
  • To help you when you ask for support. Our administrators can view an account, and can open it as you would see it, to investigate a problem.

5. What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information or the data you put into FBAZone, and we do not share it for advertising.
  • We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on fbazone.com.
  • We do not send marketing emails. The emails we send are about your account: sign-up codes, password resets and replies to your messages.

6. Services that process data for us

We use a small number of outside services to run FBAZone. Each one receives only what it needs for its job.

  • Stripe — payments and subscriptions. Stripe receives your email address and your payment details (which you enter directly with Stripe) and sends your receipts.
  • SendGrid (Twilio) — delivers our emails. It receives your email address and the content of the email, and may record whether an email was delivered, opened or a link in it clicked.
  • AI service providers (currently OpenAI) — power Zoniq and the AI-assisted listing and quote tools. When you use one of these features, the provider receives the text you submit and, where needed to answer, the relevant figures from your FBAZone data (for example a saved calculation you ask about). Features that do not use AI send nothing to these providers.
  • Product data sources — when you look up an ASIN or a keyword, we send only that ASIN or keyword to the product data source we use. No personal information is sent.
  • Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google, as described above.

FBAZone itself runs on a server we manage; it is not hosted on a third-party application platform. Some of the services above are based in, or process data in, the United States and other countries.

7. Cookies and browser storage

We use only the cookies FBAZone needs to work. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

  • Sign-in cookies keep you signed in (for up to 30 days) and protect sign-in forms.
  • Saved calculation cookie (up to 7 days) links a calculator you filled in before signing up to your new account, so the result is waiting for you.
  • Plan choice cookie (30 minutes) remembers whether you picked Free or a paid plan while you finish signing up.

While you fill in a calculator, your inputs may also be kept in your browser's session storage for that tab only; they are gone when you close the tab.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your account and everything in your workspace while your account is active, until you or we delete it. You can delete individual items, such as saved products, supplier price-list runs, bulk jobs and listing analyses, yourself at any time.

Calculator inputs saved before sign-up expire after 7 days. Sign-up codes expire after 15 minutes. Messages you send us, our security log and copies of emails we sent are kept after your account is closed so that we can answer questions and investigate problems later. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its own policy.

We take a backup of our database every day and keep each backup for 14 days, so deleted information can remain in a backup for up to 14 days before it is gone.

9. Deleting your account and your rights

To have your account deleted, send us a message from the contact form or a support ticket using the email address on the account, or write to support@fbazone.com. We will confirm the request is yours before acting on it. Deleting the account removes your sign-in, the data stored in your workspace and the files you uploaded. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it as well (see our Terms) so Stripe stops billing you.

You can also ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to stop using it. You can change your name and password yourself in Settings. If you are not happy with how we handle a request, you may be able to complain to the data protection authority where you live.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, sign-up codes and email links are stored only in hashed form, and the service keys we hold (for example for payments and email) are encrypted. Every account's data is kept separate from every other account's. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you do not use anywhere else.

11. Children

FBAZone is a business tool for Amazon sellers and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change matters for how we use your information, we will also tell you by email or inside FBAZone before it applies.
