Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Eye4Tech Technologies LLC ("FBAZone", "we", "us"), for your use of fbazone.com. By creating an account or using FBAZone you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use FBAZone for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

FBAZone is a set of calculators and analysis tools for Amazon sellers. It works only from what you type in, paste or upload, plus public product data and our own fee tables. It never connects to your Amazon seller account.

FBAZone is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon, FBA and Seller Central are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Give us a real email address that you can receive mail at, and confirm it when we ask. Some features stay locked until the address is confirmed.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person per sign-in. Do not share your login or create accounts to get around plan limits.

Free. Every calculator page on FBAZone is free to read. A free account lets you run the core profit, fee and pricing calculators and a limited number of other tools, within daily limits. Free does not include every calculator, bulk uploads, supplier list scanning, exports or Zoniq.

FBAZone Plus. A paid subscription that unlocks every calculator and module, with the limits shown on our pricing page.

What each plan includes is described on the pricing page and may change over time. If we reduce what a paid plan includes, we will tell you before the change applies to you.

FBAZone Plus currently costs $4.99 per month. This is a temporary promotional price. The price you pay is the one shown when you subscribe. Payment is taken by Stripe, our payment provider, when you subscribe and then automatically at the start of each billing period — every month, or every year if you choose a yearly option where one is offered — until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added where they apply.

We may offer one-time packs of extra Zoniq questions. The price is shown before you buy. Bought questions do not expire while your account is open; they are removed if the account is deleted.

If a payment fails, Stripe may try again. If it still cannot be collected, your workspace moves back to the Free plan; your data is not deleted.

If we change the price of a plan you are subscribed to, we will tell you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

You can cancel a subscription at any time using the link in your Stripe receipt email, or by asking us through the contact form or a support ticket. When a subscription ends, your workspace moves to the Free plan and your data stays in your account.

No refunds: cancelling stops all future charges. Payments already made, including for the current billing month, are not refunded.

FBAZone's results are estimates. They depend on the numbers you enter and on Amazon fee tables that we maintain ourselves and that may not match Amazon's current fees. Product data from outside sources can be missing or out of date, and AI-written text and answers can be wrong.

Nothing in FBAZone is financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Check important figures in Seller Central and with your own advisers before you buy stock, set prices or spend on advertising. Decisions you make using FBAZone are your own.

When you use FBAZone, do not:

• break the law, or upload anything you do not have the right to use;
• upload malware or anything designed to harm FBAZone or other people;
• try to get into other people's accounts or data, or test, probe or attack the service's security;
• use bots or scripts to create accounts, scrape the site or get around rate limits, captchas or plan limits;
• resell or redistribute FBAZone, or copy it to build a competing product;
• use FBAZone to send spam or to harass anyone.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may disable an account while we investigate.

What you put into FBAZone stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

FBAZone itself — the software, calculators, content, fee tables and brand — belongs to us. You may use it for your own business while you have an account.

We work to keep FBAZone running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. We may add, change or remove features. We may also suspend the service for maintenance.

FBAZone is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those written in these terms, including about accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or business decisions made using FBAZone. Our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and US$50. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

You can stop using FBAZone at any time and ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy). We may close an account that breaks these terms. Cancel any paid subscription first so Stripe stops billing you.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we will tell you by email or inside FBAZone before they apply. If you keep using FBAZone after a change applies, the new terms apply to you.
